Attorney Kevin E. Silva is a dedicated civil and criminal litigator serving clients throughout Massachusetts. With over a decade of legal and government experience, Kevin brings a results-driven, detail-oriented approach to every case—whether representing clients in court, protecting their businesses, or guiding them through complex real estate and estate planning matters.
Kevin founded Kevin Silva Law in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, after nearly a decade as a federal Contract Negotiator with the U.S. Department of Defense. There, he honed his skills in high-stakes negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk analysis—experience that now informs his strategic, analytical approach to advocacy. He represents individuals and businesses in Massachusetts District and Superior Courts, as well as Housing Court, Land Court, and Federal Bankruptcy Court, managing cases from inception through resolution with precision and care.

Kevin earned his Juris Doctor with an International Law concentration from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rhode Island College. He also completed a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from New York University.
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and is certified in Zealous Advocacy Training (Criminal Defense) through the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS).
Outside of his legal practice, Kevin is a Notary Public, an Eagle Scout, and an avid musician.
